Gwyneth Paltrow has reported the diet she used to get into shape for the Iron Man 2 film. Personally I don't agree with diets, because you need to change your lifestyle to make any real weight change, although a diet does have it's place to get you motivated.
In her latest
Goop newsletter Gwyneth spells out
her regime for diet and exercise, suggesting she ate think thin
bars, or milk for breakfast. Have a look at her article and see what
you make of it.

"This regime got me into the shape of my life and I continue to return to it when I have a specific event so that I can do ridiculous things like be a 37 year old mother of two and wear shorts."
Also last month, she gave an interview to Vogue in which she said of her enviable figure: "Oh, I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I'm here it's so great because I don't have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief that is. "I can eat what I want as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word 'diet' into my brain, I immediately gain a stone."
